Every building ever constructed was built through necessity, vision or blueprint.  Either of the three presented the purpose for which it was built.  By necessity, it was raised as shelter from the elements.  By vision, it was seen in the mind of an individual and brought to fruition.  By blueprint, an exacting plan was laid in writing with the architectural specifics, skill level, time frame and materials needed to bring it to reality.

Even in a time like this, there is a plan in motion.  Time does not stop because of the difficulties we endure.  Like a beating heart, it beats through any conditions it is presented.  This is also true for the plan that has been designed for your life.  It did not stop due to the COVID-19 outbreak.  Rather, it anticipated it.  It is either the fork in the road that cements you to the plan for your life or it has provided a new foundation by which to build on.  Growing up in Florida, you are subjected to thunderstorms and hurricanes.  You must trust that the structure you’ve built can withstand the winds and rain it most oppose.  Over time, as we are able to study the devastation left by those storms, building code is revised mandating the strength of the materials needed to oppose the ever changing wind velocity presented.  We are in such a time.  You have either found that your foundation was not strong enough for the blueprint you were provided or this pandemic has revealed to you why your foundation was prepared as it was.  It is revealing to you the amount of time used in building the foundation and its worth.  You have found yourself standing on a shallow or deep foundation.   If it is shallow, you are rethinking life as you knew it.  If it is deep, you may be discovering that the structure you were planning for was too small.  Purpose may be opening up to reveal the plans for your life are much larger than even you anticipated.

Wherever you find yourself at this moment…Stick with the plan.  And if you are unfamiliar with the plan for your life, maybe this time was to put you in contact with your architect or to help you locate your blueprint.  If a blueprint is an unfamiliar concept to you, I would encourage you to spend this time getting in contact with the architect and asking Him about the specifics, skill level, time frame and materials needed to bring His vision to light for your life.   For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord plans to prosper you and not to harm you plans to give you hope and a future.  Jeremiah 29:11 NIV
